What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request.
• We will delete your account and the associated personal data from our active systems, typically within 30 days.
• Some information may be retained for a limited period where we are legally required to keep it (for example, for tax, accounting, or compliance obligations). It will be deleted once that period ends.

Removing Access on the Provider Side

You can also remove our app's access to your social account directly from your provider:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove "LTT CFO Website".
• Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access, then remove access for the LTT Outsourced CFO sign-in.

Removing access on the provider side stops future data sharing, but to delete data we already hold, please also email us using the steps above.
