Free Payslip Generator for Malaysia (EPF, SOCSO & EIS)
Paying staff is the easy part — putting it on paper properly is where many Malaysian businesses get stuck. This free payslip generator produces a clean, itemised pay statement for each employee, with the statutory lines laid out the way they should be, so your team knows exactly how their pay was worked out.
What goes on a proper Malaysian payslip
A clear payslip separates an employee’s gross earnings from the deductions made against them. On the earnings side you have basic salary, plus any overtime, allowances, commission or bonus. On the deductions side sit the statutory items every employer deals with: EPF (the retirement fund both employee and employer contribute to), SOCSO and EIS (social security and employment insurance), and PCB / MTD (monthly tax deduction) where it applies. The tool sets each of these out on its own line and shows the net pay your employee actually receives.
Why an itemised payslip matters
Under the Employment Act, employees are entitled to a clear statement of how their wages were calculated — and beyond compliance, a tidy payslip simply prevents disputes. It also gives you a clean record to file each month, which makes your bookkeeping (and your year-end) far less painful. Generate the payslip, save the PDF, and keep it with your payroll records.
This is a single-document tool, not full payroll software. If you’re running payroll for a growing team and want contributions, submissions and reports handled in one place, that’s where a proper system — or letting us run it for you — comes in.

Frequently asked questions
Is a payslip compulsory in Malaysia?
Employers are expected to give employees a clear, itemised statement of how their wages were calculated each pay period. A proper payslip is the simplest way to meet that and to keep your own records straight.
What must a Malaysian payslip show?
At minimum: the employee and employer details, the pay period, gross earnings broken down (salary, overtime, allowances and so on), statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB where applicable), and the net amount paid.
Does this calculate EPF, SOCSO and EIS for me?
The tool lays out and totals these lines on the payslip. Always check the current contribution rates and any caps before finalising, as the published rates are reviewed from time to time.
Can I reuse employee details next month?
Yes — once an employee’s details are saved you can produce next month’s payslip without re-keying everything.
